How to create a Marketing Automation Flow

For the best experience, open Marketing Automation in a new browser tab while keeping APSIS Pro in another. This makes it easy to switch between both tools when creating flows, emails, and managing campaigns.

To create an automation flow in Marketing Automation, go to the Activities tab and click Create New Automation flow.

You can choose a pre-defined flow or build one from scratch. If you select Custom Flow, you will be prompted to choose a baseline to start your flow.

​Options:

  • Form = start a flow based on a person who has filled out a specific form

  • Manual input/API = start a flow based on manually adding a person into a flow by typing in that person's details (e-mail, name etc).

  • Match a Date = start a flow based on a date (located in the demographic data that you have in your Pro account).

  • Added subscribers = start a flow based on a subscriber being added to a specific list in APSIS Pro.
