Set up an Automation Flow based on Form Submission

Automating emails after a form submission lets you instantly engage new sign-ups and streamline your marketing. By connecting a form created with the Form Builder to an automation flow, you can welcome subscribers and add them to mailing lists with no manual work.

  1. Click the Create new Automation Flow button.

  2. Choose the predefined flow Newsletter sign up, or start from a custom flow template.

  3. Under the tab Canvas start by giving a name to the flow.

  4. In the Listen node, select the form that is created in Form Builder tool.

  5. Choose the email that should be sent out after the form submission and in the Add to list node select the mailing list where you wish to add the subscribers who have filled the form.

  6. Go to Flow settings to adjust general settings as needed. Click Save and activate the flow.

Once activated, every new form submission will automatically trigger your chosen email and add contacts to your mailing list. This ensures you greet new leads promptly and keep your database updated—saving time and delighting subscribers.
