User Roles and Permissions

Shape

Users in APSIS Pro are either related to an administrator role or connected to an account user profile.

Administrators

An administrator role provides full control over the account, including access to all account-user profiles, sub-accounts, and light-accounts. This ensures complete visibility and control across all connected account structures.

There is no limit to the number of administrators you can add to an account.

Account user profiles

A user assigned to an account user profile can access the account, but with limited permissions defined by an administrator. This includes restricted access to specific features, sections and folders within the account, based on their role and responsibilities.

This setup ensures users only see and interact with the parts of the account relevant to their tasks.
