Reports will always reflect the current survey content:

  • Removed questions → No longer appear in reports

  • Edited questions/answers → Display according to latest updates

Testing

Before you distribute your survey, it is important to make sure everything looks and works as intended. APSIS Pro provides a Test Survey feature that allows you to preview and interact with your survey in a safe environment.

How to Test Your Survey

  1. On the Survey tab, click the Test Survey button.

  2. This opens a full preview of your survey, showing how it will appear to recipients.

  3. Interact and go through the questions, submit responses, and check the flow to ensure everything works correctly.

  4. Make sure to verify and confirm that all settings and conditional logic are functioning as expected.

Overview of the Survey

Click the Overview button to view the different survey pages and the modules you have placed on each page.

In the overview of the survey you can use simple drag and drop technique to move modules from one survey page to another, or rearrange the order of your modules inside a survey page.

You can reorder answer alternatives in a question by clicking on the module and then rearrange the alternatives through simple drag and drop technique.

Branching allows you to control the flow of your survey based on the respondent’s answers. When an alternative (answer option) is marked with the branching color, it means selecting that option will lead the respondent to a specific page or section.

Move your cursor over a alternative that is marked with the branching color, and you will see which page it branches to.
