Account security

We prioritise security of your account. As part of our ongoing commitment to safeguard your data, we highly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of protection.

By enabling 2FA, you will reinforce your account security by requiring a second form of verification when logging in. This additional step helps prevent unauthorised access, even if someone has obtained your password.

How to enable two-factor-authentication

1. Head over to Account in the main menu and navigate to General configurations.

2. Locate Account security Level and set the bar to High.

3. Set a country code and mobile number to which the SMS key can be sent for those with access to this account, who have not yet created their users with personal logins.

4. Remember to save your new settings in the bottom of the page.

4. Users who have already created personal logins will be asked to add their phone number and update their password if it dos not live up to the higher security level standard.
