Enable Two-Factor Authentication

This article describes the steps you need to take to enable Two-Factor Authentication.

Updated over 2 months ago

As part of our ongoing commitment to safeguard your data, we highly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of protection. By enabling 2FA, you will reinforce your account security by requiring a second form of verification when logging in. This additional step helps prevent unauthorized access, even if someone has obtained your password.

How to enable two-factor-authentication

  1. Set the account security level to High.

  2. Next, set a country code and mobile number for SMS verification (for users without personal logins).

  3. Remember to save your new settings, by clicking the save button at the bottom of the page.

Users with personal logins will be prompted to:

  • Add their phone number.

Update their password if it doesn’t meet the new security standard.

Recommendation: Enable 2FA to prevent unauthorized access.
