Unsubscription via SMS
In order for an unsubscription via SMS to be carried out, it is important that the phone number of the subscriber does not contain any spaces or hyphens and that the subscriber’s country code is saved in the mailing list.

A subscriber can unsubscribe from all mailing lists on the account (Opt-out all) by sending an SMS to 72025 with the following text: | A subscriber can unsubscribe from a specific mailing list on the account (Opt-out list) by sending an SMS to 72025 with the following text: |

A subscriber who sends an SMS for unsubscription will automatically be unsubscribed and moved to the Opt-out list or Opt-out all list on the account. All incoming SMS messages will also be gathered in an SMS inbox on the account.
