The add-on Incoming SMS makes it possible for subscribers to send SMS to your account. It is also used to unsubscribe subscribers from a mailing list (Opt-out list) or from all mailing lists on an account (Opt-out all) via SMS. Subscribers sending an SMS to unsubscribe will automatically be unsubscribed and moved to the Opt-out list or the Opt-out all list on the account. All incoming SMS will be gathered in an SMS inbox on the account.
Note! Incoming SMS is currently only available in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
How to send an SMS to the SMS inbox
To send an SMS to your SMS inbox, the subscriber will have to start the SMS message with a unique SMS keyword of the account, followed by the text message and send it to 72025 for Sweden, 18211 for Finland, 1230 for Denmark or 2223 for Norway. The unique keyword will link the SMS to your specific account.
In order for the add-on Incoming SMS to work you also need to have the add-on SMS activated on the account.
Please contact your APSIS representative if you want to order these add-ons. If you do not know who your APSIS representative is, please contact APSIS support at apsispro.support@efficy.com.
Accessing and viewing the SMS inbox
Managing your SMS inbox is simple and gives you the power to efficiently review, filter, export, and clean up incoming SMS messages linked to your account.

Filtering messages by Date
By default, the inbox will show you the latest messages from the last 30 days. Focus your view on messages from a specific time period using the Date Range filter. Adjust the fields to see messages sent within the range you need.
