Note! If the same email address is found on more than one mailing list on the account, the email address will only be counted as one (1) address on the account.

Check your Account Information:

1. Open the Account Information tab of the Account tab.

2. Check the Recipients tab of the Home tab.

These addresses affect the size of your account:

The email addresses on your mailing lists.

The email addresses in the Pending list of your mailing lists (subscribers that have not yet approved their subscriptions with Confirmed subscription (double Opt-in)).

The email addresses in the list of Subscribers without subscriptions (subscribers on the account not currently subscribing to a list).
