When the import is finished, a small pop-up window is accessible by clicking the icon

to the right of the mailinglist.

Here's a brief explanation of what the headings mean:

Total number of addresses - every line in the import file that has been imported containing characters

Ignored duplicates - number of duplicate addresses existing in the import file

Invalid addresses - addresses not in the format "recipient@domain.com"

Updated subscribers - Subscribers already on the account, which has been updated with the data in the Excel file, and placed on the new list

New addresses - total number of new addresses added to the list (updated or new)

Unsubscribed addresses (Opt-out list) - addresses on the list-specific Opt-out list

Unsubscribed addresses (Opt-out all) - addresses on the account's Opt out list

Import queued - Time the Excel import file was submitted to Apsis for import

Import started - Time Apsis began processing the import file
