Total number of Subscribers
Monitoring your subscriber count is essential for managing account size and optimizing email performance. If you want to keep track of how many subscribers you have, here is how to do it.
Open the Account Information tab by clicking Account in the top menu.
OR
Check the Recipients section in your Home environment.
These types of email addresses impact your account size:
Mailing list addresses: All email addresses included in your mailing lists.
Pending subscribers: Addresses in the Pending list and recipients who have not confirmed their subscription via double opt-in.
Subscribers without subscriptions: Email addresses not belonging to a mailing list anymore.
Note! If the same email address is found on more than one mailing list on the account, the email address will only be counted as one (1) address on the account.
These addresses do NOT affect the size of your account:
The email addresses that have been unsubscribed from all mailing lists on the account through (Opt-Out-All). Please note do not clear the Opt-Out-All list as it plays an important role on the account!
