With the newsletter archive you are able to create archives with public links to old newsletters that have been sent to mailing lists on your
account.
Select a mailing list for which you want to create an archive. The archive will include newsletters that have been sent to the selected mailing list.

1. Click the Content settings icon in the Content section of the main menu.
2. Open the Newsletter archive tab.
3. Enter all the settings for your newsletter archive:

Heading. Enter a heading for the archive.
Number of newsletters to display. Select the number of links you want to display in the archive. The last sent newsletters will be displayed at the top. You are able to select up to 99 newsletters.
Font. Select the font you want to use for the heading and the links in the archive.
Font size. Select the font size of the links in the archive.
Heading size. Select the font size of the heading in the archive.
Display header and footer. Choose to display your header and footer in the archive, in order to give it a more designed look. Edit the HTML code of the header and the footer in the Header/Footer tab of your Recipient settings.

4. Then select mailing list(s).

The archive will contain links to the newsletters that have been sent to the selected mailing list(s). Use the CTRL key to
select more than one list.

5. Hit the Preview button to see what the newsletter archive will look like below, with the header and footer (if selected). The archive will list the latest newsletters sent to the list (as clickable subject lines linking to each newsletter)
