In APSIS Forms there has been a new view added for GDPR, located under Settings.
If a profile (data object) contacts you to request a copy of their processed personal data or to have their personal data deleted, you can use these functions to handle the request in APSIS Forms.
Export personal data in Forms
Search for a profile (data object) using the email address under Settings in the new view.
If found, the data subject will appear and you can tick the checkbox to the left to activate the Export button.
Click on Export to trigger an export and download of the profile’s (data subject) personal data into a .txt file format.
Delete the profile (data object) in Forms
Search for a profile (data object) under Settings in the new view.
If found, the data subject will appear and you can tick the checkbox to the left to activate the Delete button.
Click on Delete to trigger the deletion of the data subject. Confirmation on deletion is shown on screen.
Please note! If you have multiple accounts where the profile (data subject) exists, you need to repeat these steps in each account.
