A profile (data object) might contact you and request to have their personal data:

  • copied and sent to them

  • deleted

Profiles submitted though Form builder

In order to delete profile data that was collected through Form builder, the profile data must be deleted in both applications:

  • Apsis Pro

  • Form builder

Recipient section - All addresses


To delete a subscriber in Apsis Pro, perform the following:

  1. Go to Recipient section -> All addresses

  2. Search for the subscriber and click the cross red icon next to the subscriber.

  3. Click Delete

Form builder

Settings - GDPR function

To delete a subscriber in Form builder, perform the following:

  1. Go to Settings tab of the form builder

  2. Under GDPR, enter the email address of the subscriber and press the enter key.

  3. The displayed email address can then be deleted with the help of the button Delete.

Export personal data in Form builder

Access the GDPR functionality located in Settings.

How to export personal data

  1. Search for a profile (data object) using the email address under Settings.

  2. Tick the checkbox to the left to activate the Export and download button.

  3. Click on Export to trigger an export and download of the profile’s personal data (txt file format).

Note! If you have multiple accounts where the profile (data subject) exists, you need to repeat these steps in each account.
