In APSIS Lead there has been a new section added for GDPR, located under Contacts.
If a profile (data object) contacts you to request a copy of their processed personal data or to have their personal data deleted, you can use these functions to handle the request in APSIS Lead.
Export personal data
Search for a profile (data object) in Contacts
If found, click the profile to enter their Profile page
Now go to the new GDPR-tab
Click on Export to trigger an export and download of the profile’s (data subject) personal data into a .txt file format.
Delete the profile (data object) in Lead
Search for a profile (data object) in Contacts
If found, click the profile to enter their Profile page
Now go to the new GDPR-tab
Click on Delete to delete the profile´s (data object’s) personal data from the account
Confirmation on deletion is shown on screen
