What's changed
We've updated the technology used to draw charts throughout Apsis Pro. The result is a cleaner, simpler chart style that renders consistently across reports.
💡 Same data, new look. This is a visual refresh only. Every number and every data point shown on the new charts is identical to what the old charts displayed — nothing about your reports or the underlying figures has changed.
Where you'll see it
The updated chart style applies anywhere a chart appears in Apsis Pro, including:
Survey reports — where most overviews are viewed.
Account Settings statistics.
Transactional email reports (numerical reports).
Trigger reports, including the public trigger report.
Split test reports.
Reports section: Activity Timeline, Activity Trend, Bounce Trend, Social, and the world map.

What's different in how charts behave
The refresh brings a deliberately simpler chart. A few small behaviour changes are worth knowing about:
Charts are now static and 2D. There are no 3D effects, and you might not be able to click a legend item to toggle a data series on or off in all places like before. This is simpler by design.
Click-through still works wherever it did before. For example, on trigger reports you can still click a column to open the specific report behind it.
Filters and date ranges still work. Changing a filter or the date range updates the chart just as it always has.
✅ Everything that was on the old chart is on the new one. If you're comparing a report before and after the update, the values will match.
PDF export: what to do instead
There is one genuine change for users. Wherever a report previously offered a print / export to PDF option, that option is removed once the new charts are switched on.
⚠️ PDF export is no longer available. To save this report as a PDF, share it via a public link and use your browser's Print → Save as PDF option.
💡 Your normal export options (such as XLS) are unaffected — only the PDF path has changed.
How to save a report as a PDF
1. Open the report and share it via its public link.
2. Open that public link in your browser.
3. Use your browser's Print option (usually Ctrl/Cmd + P), then choose Save as PDF as the destination.
When you'll get it
The new chart style is being rolled out gradually across accounts, so you may notice it appear in some areas before others. There's nothing you need to do — it switches on automatically for your account.
