Navigating The Attendees Tab
The Attendees tab provides a central place to monitor and manage all event registrants. Use it to keep track of who is registered, on the waiting list, or has cancelled.
Using Search And Filters
Find specific attendees with the search field at the top, or filter by session status, registration channel, or date.
Customising The Participant List
To control which details appear in the table, use the edit table symbol in the upper right corner. Select or deselect checkboxes for each registration form field.
Exporting Attendee Data
Export the attendee list at any time using the export button in the top right.
Managing Individual Attendees
Add a new participant manually from the left menu. Choose the session to sign up for, status of the new attendee, name, email address and other details required for signing up for the event.
Note! Manual additions exceed attendee limits, if the limit is reached.
Decide whether to send a confirmation letter, tick the check box "Send Confirmation"
When done click Add, to add the new attendee to the attendee list.
Editing And Action Buttons
To edit the details of an attendee choose the attendee in the list, click on it and the Edit tab will open to the left. Edit attendee information in the Edit tab and confirm updates by clicking Update.
Above the list, use action buttons to:
Check in attendees
Cancel registrations
Delete attendees
Add participants to a mailing list
Select one or several participants, then pick the action using the relevant symbol.
