Event Summary

This article helps you understand the Summary tab in the Event tool.

The Summary tab provides a snapshot of overall event performance.

At the top you see a a timeline displaying when send outs occurred alongside session dates. Starting with the first invitation email (green) and the different reminders (orange), when the sessions (black) take place and when follow-ups are sent (blue).

Session registration numbers and available seat counts (excluding waiting list) show capacity at a glance.

Invitation Breakdown presents invite and decline numbers. Click these numbers to view corresponding recipients.

Registration and Attendees Breakdown shows how registration options and statuses distribute among participants.

A registration timeline at the bottom illustrates registration and cancellation activity over time.

All numbers in the summary are interactive—click to access the underlying recipient lists.
