Numerical Report
This feature presents statistics in numerical and tabular forms, providing valuable insights into your email campaigns.
Understanding The Delivery Section
The delivery section of the numerical report provides a breakdown of sent, delivered, and bounced emails.
These are further categorised into different types of bounces:
Hard Bounce: This refers to emails that could not be delivered due to invalid addresses. These addresses could be misspelled, non-existent, or the associated email account may have been closed. For example, if an employee leaves a job and their email account is closed, their address would register as a hard bounce. To view these addresses, select the type of bounce.
Note! If an email address receives a hard bounce more than a preset number of times (default is set to 3), it will be added to the Opt-Out-All list. Adjust this number under the Account Settings.
Soft Bounce: This occurs when the email address is valid, but the email could not be delivered due to a temporary issue, such as a full inbox.
Technical Bounce: This type of bounce is usually due to a problem at the recipient's email server, such as being overloaded or temporarily down.
Other Bounces: These refer to instances when Apsis Pro has not received any information from the recipient's server.

Did You Know?
When a soft or technical bounce occurs, Apsis Pro will attempt to deliver the email again for up to 48 hours.
Analysing Opens, Clicks, And Unsubscription Rates
The numerical report also presents data on opens, clicks, and unsubscription rates, as well as clicked links.
In the clicked links table, you can assign an alias to any link. An alias is a short, descriptive name that replaces the full URL, making reports easier to read and interpret. This is especially useful when compiling multiple reports in the Trend Report, as it helps quickly identify specific links without scanning long URLs.
Quick Summary
The numerical report feature in Apsis Pro offers a detailed analysis of your email campaigns, breaking down sent, delivered, and bounced emails into various categories. It also provides data on opens, clicks, and unsubscription rates, and allows you to assign aliases to clicked links for easier identification. Understanding and utilising this feature can help enhance your email marketing strategies.
