Graphical Report

The graphical report is a powerful tool that provides a comprehensive view of your email campaign performance. It presents statistics in both numerical and graphical formats, allowing you to track and analyse your campaign's success.

Analysing Your Email Campaign Performance

The report provides detailed statistics about your email campaign. For instance, it shows the number of emails sent, the delivery rate, the open rate, and the click-through rate. The click to Open Rate number refers to the subscribers who have clicked at least one link in the email.

Tracking Subscribers on an Individual Level

By clicking on the words, you can track the behaviour of individual subscribers. This feature is particularly useful when you want to understand how your audience interacts with your emails.

Did You Know?

These graphs are an excellent starting point when analysing a sending result. They can help you understand how to improve your campaign's performance.

Understanding Open Rate

The Open Rate shows the number and percentage of emails that have been opened. This only includes emails opened in their graphical format HTML. Emails opened in a text version or if a subscriber chooses not to download the images are not counted as open. However, if a subscriber clicks in the email, those emails will also be counted as open.

Unique Opens by Device

This section shows the distribution of opens between different desktop, mobile and multiple devices. Mobile devices include Android, iPhone, iPad and Windows Phone.

Clicked Emails and Total Clicks

Clicked Emails refers to emails where at least one link has been clicked, excluding bounced emails.

Total Clicks is the total number of clicks made in the email. All clicks of each link will be counted in unique clicks. On the other hand, only the first click of each link will be counted.

Note!

You can also see how many and who forwarded via the tell a friend link, not including forwards done through the email client.

Unsubscriptions

Unsubscriptions refer to those who have unsubscribed in the email, either unsubscribed from list or from account.

Activity Timeline

The Activity Timeline charts show the activity over time, essentially the lifetime of your email.

On the right-hand side, you can choose to study a certain date range.

Unique Opens by Country

The Unique Opens by Country section presents in what countries emails were opened based on server location.

Activity Timeframe

The Activity timeframe presents open and clicks by weekday and activity over 24 hours.

This graph is especially useful when searching to understand a target group's optimal sending time.
