Check and Manage Flow Statistics

Stay on top of your Marketing Automation flows by easily tracking subscriber activity and managing your automation runs. See exactly who has passed through your flows, their statuses, and download detailed reports whenever you need them.

Effectively managing your Marketing Automation flows means you always know where subscribers are at every step. Use statistics and export features to monitor, analyze, and optimize your automations with confidence.

To check the statistics in particular automation flow do the following:

  1. Click the Marketing Automation flow you want to review.

  2. On the right-hand side, look for Show statistics and click the statistics icon.
    ​

  3. View the number of subscribers who have passed through the flow. For more details on each node, click the node status icon.
    ​

  4. Examine subscriber statuses in the node:


    ​Started: Subscribers who entered this node.

    Completed: Subscribers who have completed the node and moved on.

    Active: Subscribers currently in the node.

    Cancelled: Subscribers removed from the flow, bounced or unsubscribed.
    ​

  5. Click the number next to a status to see the list of email addresses in that stage, with date, time, and status included.
    ​

  6. Export the subscriber details by choosing Excel or CSV file options.
    ​

  7. To pause the flow, click the Pause Flow button.
    ​

  8. Click the Stop Flow button to completely stop the automation. No new or active subscribers will proceed further.
