About the Content section

This guide will show you how to use the Content section in APSIS Pro to create emails, SMS, pages, and surveys, and manage tools like Content Settings, Trash, New Folder, Show All, and New for efficient content organization.

The Content section in APSIS Pro is a workspace where you create emails, SMS, pages and surveys (depending on the add-on features you have access to). The section is organized into multiple tabs, allowing seamless navigation between different content types.

On the right side of the section, you are presented with the following icons.

  • Content Settings - Provides you with access to your image gallery, newsletter archive, template and modules.

  • Content trash - Stores all deleted content from your content section. Content that is found in the trash can be restored if needed or deleted permanently (see below image).

  • New folder - Create folders to organize and group your content. There are two levels of folders that can be created, either a parent folder or a sub-folder within a parent folder.

  • Show all - There is a limited number of items that you can see in the content section, based on you account settings (default 20 items). Select "Show all" to reveal additional items.
    Note! The number of items shown when clicking "Show all" is also dependent on your account settings (default 200 items).

  • New - Begin creating content by using the "New" icon. This opens options to start creating a newsletter, SMS, page or survey (depending on the add-on features you have access to).
