Unique Passwords

This guide explains how to create unique passwords in APSIS Pro for recipients to log in to dynamic forms and access pages or surveys, and how to manage password creation within recipient settings.

Getting Started With Password Generation

  1. In your Recipient settings, go to the tab Unique passwords

  2. Choose the subscription list where you want to generate unique passwords for your recipients. Select the list by clicking on it.

Setting Password Parameters

  1. Set the desired length of the unique passwords by adjusting the password length option.

  2. View an example password and see the possible number of combinations based on your chosen password length.

Generating Passwords

  1. After checking the settings, click Generate to create the unique passwords for everyone on the selected list.

  2. A confirmation message appears showing how many unique passwords have been generated and saved.


Did you Know?

Generating unique passwords ensures that only selected recipients can access your secure content in Apsis. This feature is recommended for confidential or private projects.

Note! Make changes to password parameters before clicking Generate, as this action creates and saves the passwords immediately.

Example

For example, for an event registration page, generate unique passwords for all invited guests to ensure only they can view and submit the registration form.
