Default Email template
Customizable template with a set of predefined modules. Read more in the Email template article. Customize for example:
Font settings (style, size and color).
Header with image including your company logo.
Footer with company contact information, unsubscribe link etc.
Menu with one or several links, including a link to your website.
Background color of modules.
Button color in modules.
Images alt text
A describing text to all images enhances your content accessibility. Add alt texts to images in Email, Event, Survey and Forms tool to help screen readers understand your content. Also, add a link to the image to make it clickable!
Email language
You can select language in the email editor settings. This setting does not affect your content but help screen readers tools better read your email. The language settings is also used in the email preview.
Subscriber language
In account settings, you can select language. This helps screen readers better read system generated pages in Apsis.
Forms - Labels and text boxes
Using labels and text boxes in the form the helps screen reader tools to better read and navigate the content. This applies to:
a. Subscription forms
b. Registration forms
c. Dynamic forms
d. Optout pages
e. Tell-a-friend pages
Form Heading
Add heading to your form. The heading will also be displayed as page title (browser tab). Without a custom heading, the browser will display “subscription form”.
Survey Heading
Use heading level H1, H2, H3 for users and screen readers to easier navigate the content.
