What Are Subscribers Without Subscription?
Subscribers without subscription refers to contacts not currently included in any mailing list but still counted in the total number of subscribers in your account. This status acts as a safeguard to ensure subscribers are not accidentally deleted.
When you remove a mailing list, the subscribers are not deleted. Instead:
· If they are subscribed to another mailing list, they remain subscribed.
· If they are not subscribed to any other mailing list, they are categorized as "subscribers without subscription".
How to find and manage Subscribers Without Subscription
Navigate to the @ All Addresses master list at the top of the Recipients section.
By default, the master list displays all subscribers in your account. To view only "subscribers without subscription":

If you want to clean you account and empty the subscribers without subscription -list, you can do it in two ways:
To delete subscribers without subscription individually, click the red cross next to the subscriber.
To manage all subscribers without subscription at once, use Delete all.
Choose between 'DELETE ALL' and 'MOVE ALL TO THE OPT-OUT ALL LIST'.
Note: Moving subscribers to Opt-Out-All prevents them from being added in any future imports.
